In this recording from Rooted 2021, Anna Meade Harris talks about the connection between parental anxiety and our kids' anxiety. In order to break free of our own anxieties for our children, parents must go to God first. We repent of any idols and turn to Scripture to remind ourselves of God's goodness and sovereignty. As God begins to set us free of crippling worry and fear, parents become more available to help their children deal with anxiety.
