Devotional:
Jeremiah felt unqualified, but God doesn’t call the equipped—He equips the called. Rooted in God’s word, Jeremiah spoke hard truths to a hard-hearted people. As the Lord reveled his calling, he was able to rise to an obedient boldness. Do you need to be reminded of your calling today so that you too can rise to be emboldened.

God, help me trust the calling You’ve placed on my life and give me the boldness to obey even when I feel inadequate.
