In this episode of ROOTless Faith, we explore how organizational culture shapes behavior, leadership values, trust, community, and the way people experience an organization.
Every church, ministry, school, nonprofit, and workplace has a culture. It may not be written down, but it is seen in how leaders make decisions, how people treat one another, what gets rewarded, what gets ignored, and what kind of conduct becomes normal.
A Christ-centered culture must be more than religious words. It should reflect truth, humility, service, integrity, accountability, dignity, and love. This episode challenges Christian leaders to think carefully about the environments they are building and whether those environments truly reflect the character of Christ.
