Across the city this morning, activists and Oakland residents are organizing actions to demand Oakland City Council defund Oakland Police Department by 50 percent, a campaign started by the Anti Police-Terror Project five years ago. KPFA’s Chris Lee (@chrislee_xyz) joins us for a live report from one of these actions, where about 100 protesters gathered in the Temescal neighborhood.
