In today’s episode, we interview Rosanna Smithnosky, President of Susquehanna Civil and a career-long woman in engineering. Rosanna has spent her career working on highways and bridges across Pennsylvania. In 2019 she transitioned into the role of President and now leads her team as they continue to work with PennDOT, the PA Turnpike, and highway transportation structures.
