In order to create a corporation, you need to appoint the following:

• Shareholders
• Directors
• Officers
  • President
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • Anything special you would want on a Business card, ie: Cheif Medical Officer

Provincial V. Federal

• Up here in Canada we recommend doing Federal, this is because you won't have to file a form to be able to operate your business in another province (other jurisdiction)

Domain Names are a great thing for every new business owner to claim

Could be hard to get as some people claim domain names so you have to purchase it off of them

• We recommend using Go Daddy for this

Once you start your podcast you will need a Distributor:

• This service posts your episodes on all streaming platforms so that you only have to upload and type notes once

  • Blubrry
