Rose Arbittier, A Dallastown High School Salutatorian, Distinguished Young Woman of PA talks about the 59th Distinguished Young Women National Finals to be held later this month. Arbittier is one of 51 representitives competing for thousands of dollars in cash scholarships and the opportunity to represent the program as the Distinguished Young Woman of America for 2016.
