Rosemarie was just leaving for an afternoon at the movies with her sister. She takes her vitamins before leaving but then she just doesn't feel right. Rosemarie ends up dying from a minor car accident showing no signs of physical trauma. Her Dr. husband starts acting strangely after she passes.
