Rosemary grew up in the UK and as a child travelled the world as her father was a hotel designer, which gave her a strong sense of adventure and opened opportunities to volunteer all over the world.

With the freedom to explore different career opportunities, Rosemary landed in the Not for Profit space to lead School's Plus to give every child the opportunity to succeed at school and create a level playing field.

Through the funding from School's Plus donors, it enables them to bring to life projects in over 1000 schools in some of the most disadvantaged areas across Australia.

Rosemary has seen the challenges of schools over the last 18 months not only with the blending of physical and digital education, but the on going impact of wellbeing, physically and mentally on students, teachers and school leaders. With a strong focus now on how they support the leaders with their well-being to ensure that this impact flows through the entire school system.
