In the final hour, Steve Rosenbloom and Mark Grote were joined by Mark Potash of the Sun-Times to discuss Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky's renaissance. Grote and Potash also held a "Grobber-Off" in which they both recalled old sports memories in vivid detail. Later, the guys conducted their usual "What are you doin' Wegner?" segment, where Rosenbloom discussed 4,000 corned beef sandwiches and Scottish snow plows with names.
