Rosie talks about how she came up with the idea of climbing Mount Snowdon and what she has been doing to prepare.
They both talk about the practise walks and the training they have been doing to get fit for the climb!
We talk about how the possible barriers there might be during the climb and the mental resilience as well as the physical fitness to be able to do so as we all embark on our toughest challenge yet!
