Today I talk with my friend Ross Bradshaw, co founder of New Dia, a new Rec dispensary in Worcester, MA opening soon! 

We talk about the beginning of the industry here in CO, what's happening now in MA and the need for social justice programs in the industry. It was good to get his thoughts on how cannabis can benefit highly impacted communities from the war on drugs and some ideas of making sure everyone has a place at the starting line.

Ross has been an active entrepreneur and activist in the industry and it was good to get some insight into the MA legalization path and where we should be headed nationwide.
