Ross Rabe is a Montana native who works seasonally in wildland fire management. This past off-season, he traveled to Patagonia, Chile, where he stumbled across Last Hope Distillery, the southernmost micro-distillery in the world.

In this edition of Life, Distilled, Ross shares both the tale of his adventure and a bottle of Patagonia Dry Gin from Last Hope.

Using the amazing NEAT glass, we also sample Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur and then bring these two craft spirits together in an Intense G&T.

• 0.5 oz Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
• top with Q Tonic
• garnish with slice of lime
