What you need to do is to take a picture of the garment and send it to them where they inspect it for eligibility. Not every dress/clothing item is eligible. Generally, they look for dresses that have been worn either once or twice. When you send a garment, you get points which you can use to redeem other clothing items from the Redress inventory
