We're back for another preview episode for Round 2 of the 2021 NRL season.

 

In this episode, you can listen in on:

 

🕑 1:00 - Eels v Storm. Can the Eels halves and forwards step up to the next level to stop a Storm side that already look like they are building toward another minor premiership or better.

 

🕑 4:45 - Warriors v Knights. An extremely even match up with young forwards and top tier forwards. Who will prevail?

 

🕑 7:55 - Titans v Broncos. The QLD local derby. Big brother vs little brother - who gets the first W on the board for 2021.

 

🕑 14:25 - Bulldogs v Panthers. It doesn't get much easier here for the Dogs taking on a team who kept their opponents scoreless in Rd 1.

 

🕑 19:20 - Sea Eagles v Rabbitohs. Is Dessy getting the roster completely wrong by leaving some of his best young guys out of the team? We can't seem to agree on this one - only time will tell.

 

🕑 28:50 - Cowboys v Dragons. Another one we found ourselves at odds on. Not only is this a tough game to call, but with the performance of Taumolo in Rd 1 and Payten calling him out in the press - we discuss whether or not the new strategy is the right way to go. 

 

🕑 38:50 - Tigers v Roosters. A hard task for the Tigers. They showed some promise against the Raiders, but the Roosters equally showed there aren't many chinks in their armour.

 

🕑 44:30 - Sharks v Raiders. Both first start winners in 2021 - but are these teams of the same calibre? Only one team can remain at the top of the ladder with the other moving back to jostle with the rest of the pack.
