We are back for Series 5, and to kick things off we have the first of a two-parter featuring one of the nicest men to ever grace the sport of boxing - Arv Mittoo.

In part 1 we discuss life after fighting and boxing in general, before touching on his pro career which included three bouts each with Marc Smith and Steve Conway.
