On this episode Cole Thompson (Drilling & Completions Manager - PetroLegacy) visits with us to discuss his background growing up on a ranch, and going to Texas A&M to pursue a PE degree, something he never thought he'd imagine doing. From this he tells us his previous roles as well as jumping into a role as a Drilling Engineer, who was tasked with drilling with casing. He discusses a certain stereotype associated with our industry and how he has taken active steps in how to debunk it.
