We tend to get so caught up in obligations we have to work, family, friends, and our communities, we forget to take care of ourselves. Just like a car, we quickly run out of gas and aren't operating as optimally as we could be. In this episode, we discuss our past struggles with "focusing on ourselves", why it isn't actually selfish at all, what the benefits are, and ways we can all take time each day to do so.
