Back again with another genre-bending track titled “Insomnia”, we got the incredible opportunity to sit and speak with Oren Weizman of music collective, Rouse the Boroughs. Meeting up and collaborating from all corners of the world, Rouse the Boroughs is a music collective that has featured Oren Weizman, Huong Su, Martin Kutnar, Robin Chionna and Cameron Black. On their latest song “Insomnia”, the group has shown once more that they’re not holding themselves to a specific genre, rather feeling out the tune and molding to the tone. During our in-depth discussion with Oren, we learned the in’s and out’s of how the collective operates, what’s on the horizon, and their super interesting recording process.
