Route, a Silicon Slopes, UT — based post-purchase experience platform for both online retailers and consumers, raised a $12m seed funding round.

Any purchases made directly with a merchant will be available to track via an app.

The company currently partners with over 1,600 merchant partners.

The company has just launched its visual order tracking platform (Route App) and package protection feature (Route+), which allows users to file lost, damaged, or stolen package claims within the Route mobile app.
