Today you’re being asked to consider your routines, the things you habitually do without ever really having to think about it.
Routines can be really supportive. They allow you to do things with ease and little, or less, effort.

Routines can make you complacent about your thoughts, beliefs and the consequences of your actions.
This can make routines more dangerous than risk.
