This episode's topic is "Step into your RAAA, and when not to RAAA", which came from recent catch ups with previous colleagues, mentees, and those wanting to be more, or less of who they currently are.  These are some amazing mid level women in their climb who I have provided mentoring and support to, so thought you might also get a little something out of this generalisation
