Welcome! In this episode, we are going to discuss ways we can push through when we seem discouraged on the spiritual path, because as we have embraced this work, we have committed to healing ourselves, so we can in turn, help heal others around us. It’s not always easy, and so many of us can get tired, and worn out. Later in the episode, we will do a short, 5-10  minute meditation where I am going to send healing Reiki and Karuna love and light to you , to help re-center yourself and to bring clarity of mind. Greetings! Often when we learn reiki, we believe we need to follow what everyone else is doing, or we practice reiki just the way our teacher taught us to. These are all great ways to practice, but in this shorter episode, we will talk about how to make reiki your own practice, why it is important to branch out on your own with reiki, and how to practice reiki with what resonates with YOU and not so much what someone else told you to do.
