This episode is focused on helping you come to a place of understanding that you do not need a healing practice in order to be the light you are, or to do sacred work.
Later in this episode, we will do a short exercise in helping you connect to your higher self, to find ways you can bless the lives of people around you with your healing work, or to find more ways to do so. Be sure to have a pen and paper ready to write down the impressions you are given during this episode.
This episode is dedicated and recorded with the intention of helping you see just how much light you already spread, and to find ways of spreading more light, even if you do not currently have an active healing practice of some kind. It is designed to help you know that you can do the sacred work of helping others on life’s journey, no matter where you are in your healing practice.

Greetings! Often when we learn reiki, we believe we need to follow what everyone else is doing, or we practice reiki just the way our teacher taught us to. These are all great ways to practice, but in this shorter episode, we will talk about how to make reiki your own practice, why it is important to branch out on your own with reiki, and how to practice reiki with what resonates with YOU and not so much what someone else told you to do.
