This special, powerful, free, companion meditation, utilizing the power of the distant healing symbol in Reiki, is given to heal the root cause of shadow or lower vibrational emotion or energy,  as a standalone meditation or companion to episode 09 . Although the companion meditation is for Reiki practitioners, instructions and modifications are given to those who are not attuned to Reiki.  Optional: It might be helpful to have pine essential oil of some kind, or another grounding, or favorite relaxing essential oil, for this meditation. Instructions will be given during the meditation as to when to put this oil on.  This is to help intensify the feelings of scent and brings reality to our senses,  as we journey into our sacred, healing forest, and connect with our past to heal the root cause of our shadow emotion.

Greetings! Often when we learn reiki, we believe we need to follow what everyone else is doing, or we practice reiki just the way our teacher taught us to. These are all great ways to practice, but in this shorter episode, we will talk about how to make reiki your own practice, why it is important to branch out on your own with reiki, and how to practice reiki with what resonates with YOU and not so much what someone else told you to do.
