Of the three principles of reality spirituality, the second principles says that science helps us to understand spirituality. Quantum science affirms what the ancient spiritual writing say: Everything is one. It also shows us that everything is energy or made out of energy: Therefore, we are energy beings.  We must change the way we think about ourselves and our place in the universe.
