RTBWTV Episode 13
Co hosts Guy Morgan and David Newell take another look at Villains appearing in 1960s British television and turn the spotlight on the unquestionable Public Enemies Number One -- The Nazis. Whether it's Second World War dramas such as Moonstrike or Colditz, old nazis trying to dominate the world again or resurgent fascist groups attempting to take over Britain during a Bank Holiday weekend, they are a recurring theme. Remember, this was only twenty years after the end of the Second World War and the memories of what they'd done were still raw. What's more England hadn't won the World Cup yet.
For the Americans, well, they seemed to have a different attitude.....
Even though Indiana Jones says "Nazis? I hate those guys".
We ask is it ever possible to be an ex-Nazi?
And reveal which ITC series relied on them most.
