This show has always help up Guy-ness as a sacred but indescribable thing; but this week Hosts James and Diaz are back and they are pleased to welcome Very Special Guest Xavier back too as the three of them engage in an Excel-ent discussion on the measures of Guy-ness.

After a brief history of the inspiration for this episode, everyone's favorite shark film/hall-of-fame-worthiness-measuring-stick (19:37); Diaz and Xavier take some poetic looks at the kind of actions performed by a Guy throughout their career that capture in numbers the elusive qualities our Guy-bunal measures its candidates by (26:46).

And then James vomits the products of a daylong spreadsheet binge into the microphone (38:03). Then it's just a matter of double checking the work (55:51) before Diaz puts a bow on it all, or rather a bow-wow (58:42).
