Ru wanted to create something that reflects all forms of creativity, not just her own love for writing, but the full spectrum of what art means to people in our community. 

As a young Black creative growing up in Australia she felt the lack of spaces where people like her could connect, be seen, and be celebrated so. 

What did she do?
