Secretary of State Marco Rubio was in Saudi Arabia Monday as part of a Middle East tour where he'll talk about the future of the conflicts in Gaza and Ukraine. He has already met with Saudi officials to discuss Gaza, and is scheduled to meet with Russian officials to discuss Ukraine. This comes days after President Donald Trump's phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin left some European nations frustrated. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told NBC News on Sunday that he would not agree to a deal if he wasn't involved in the talks.
