02 May 2025 - CAPE COD, MA - Fifteen towns, 200 miles, 20 teams and 250 participants marked the tenth running of the R4H annual spring run. This year, the run - which features participants wearing rucksacks - incorporated a longer route that started and finished in Falmouth, passed through every Cape Cod town, and included new challenges like climbing the Pilgrim Monument in Provincetown at the midway mark.The event raised more $300,000 for military support organization Heros in Transition.
