Magical I call it as it works wonders in my life and is spoken of even in the Bible by King David to his people when referring to offerings and sacrifices to God of the things that he give to us which we offer back to him. The battle for the White House has come to an end and Donald Trump is the victor. Can you believe the efforts and energy it takes for a man or a woman to get up out of their beds and homes everyday to fight for something, anything? Some of us can't even get to the classrooms, the meeting, the gym, the job on time and yet a 78 year old man has shown a tremendous effort to fight a war with a team of course who also had to make the same kind of an effort to be successful.  If you sat on the sofa and did nothing to affect the change that you wanted and just allowed the chips to fall where the did it's something that you man need to really think about. See yourself as a moving machine that has the power to change your very own life.  Thank you for listening to my podcast that has become a machine of change and hope and good energy. Self acceptance is the key to a happy day  and a happy life. How we see ourselves each and everyday determines how we interact with the world. It's something that so many people struggle with at different ages and stages in our lives. We have to re-teach ourselves to love the hair, the eyes, the skin etc that we were born with. It's perfectly fine, that is the WHO we are WHO that GOD made us to be. Give yourself a chance today to just be you and the world will be a better place because of you and your beautify self.

For many of us life is about the quality and comforts we can provide for our loved ones and or for ourselves. From the beginning of our life journeys we are taught to be successfully independent and to grow up to become one thing or another often times associated with the amount of material possession we can earn, acquire in some way or another etc. It is an endless toil that according to the kind of blessing that is tied to this hunting and gathering almost on a daily basis, some will have a joyful a fully satisfied experience while others will have many fruits of their labor however someone else will be assigned to enjoy all of it. Self Confidence is a major issue for so many people around the world. People from all walks of life, Rich, Poor, middle class and everything in between deal with and suffer from having poor self confidence and self esteem. It's a marvel and truly complex for many of us trying to feel comfortable in spaces and places that feel unfamiliar to us.
