In honour of the request that the perspectives of our women be put to the forefront, I have reached out to 2 women that I hold dear to my conciousness. We allowed them to express themselves and share their gifts and unique challenges with diet, self-love, wellbeing and relationships.

This episode I had the privilege of having on the phone line, Dr. Dayne Ashman. We spoke on matters of holistic health versus traditional medicine. We also got to speak on some family and social life matters. Fulljoy!
