We are starting off Season 4 interviews with our amazing Friend Rudi Landmann. We are so excited to share they incredible story with you all.

Rudi is an extraordinary human who came to our attention a few years ago, attending fashion events and showing us how they want to show up for the world. Rudi has many talents and certainly has a natural curiosity. Rudi believes that we all have enormous power to transform ourselves. Wanting to help you discover and use your own capability to change.

Rudi Landmann Coaching was created to help others reveal their authentic best current self, using techniques drawn from breathwork, pilates, mindfulness, mediation and yin yoga.
