The Rastafari of Judah Square at Knysna in the Southern Cape say the Cape Town High Court's ruling on making the use of canabis at home lawful, is a step in the right direction for law-abiding citizens. Canabis is considered a medicinal herb by the Rasta community, and is cultivated and used as part of their culture.
