Episode 4 welcomes a new member to the cast - Ariana Madix. And her enterance is stirring up drama right away. There is a rumor going around that Ariana and Tom Sandoval have hooked up. But both of them flat out deny that ever happened. Kristen is having a hard time believing that the rumor isn't true given that Tom has already cheated, but since she is on such thin ice with Lisa, she has to act like nothing is wrong.

The girls all confront Kristen about her relationship with Tom at a group lunch and it turns into an all out fight with Kristen storming out of the restuarant half way through. But she doesn't leave before pointing out that maybe people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones - referring to Stassi and Jax. Even though they aren't "boyfriend and girlfriend" it's very clear that they are playing the parts and Stassi is stringing him along.
