Do You Know What You're Supposed To Say?  

One of my favorite quotes about "winging it" was that "baby birds don't fly the first time that they fall out of the nest."  

So why is it that so many people are content with just "winging it" when it comes to major events, presentations, and speeches?  

Maybe we need to understand what we're saying before we say it.
