In order to properly defeat fear, we first must know what it is.  Neither simply an emotion nor a figment of our imagination, it is a much more real thing that we can engage in battle successfully.  Instead of turning from fear when it rears its ugly head, perhaps we would be better served if we approach it head-on and exhibit God's power in battle.
