Cheryl Kelley-Henderson is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. Cheryl is a wife, a bonus mom, an educator and a former school leader. She currently works as a associate Director of Literature for NSSI. Cheryl and her husband Kelly have a passion for coaching and mentoring as well as educational consulting. They are building their coaching and consulting organization Ascension Coaching and Consulting as a resource for those desiring support to their path of health, wellness and success.

They both serve in their church The Life Church of Memphis as mentors, Pastoral Care leaders. In addition, Cheryl is also a worship leader at her church.

Cheryl’s passion for coaching and wellness in her own life led her to founding Run 4our Life women’s running group in Memphis, TN. Cheryl believes that life is a journey meant to be travelled with others.

When she is not writing curriculum, caching teachers, leading worship or teaching and speaking at church, you can find her spending time with her husband Kelly, bonus boys (Denham and Aiden) and two fur babies (Freddy and Blanco).
