Sometime on July 22, 1986, Duane Edward Fochtman disappeared
from downtown Lincoln City, OR. Or at least we think that where he was last seen. There are competing rumors of whether he ran away of his own accord, was abducted, or perhaps never left the area. More than 38 years on, Duane has never been found.
