➡️ Track season now in full swing Gerard was competing at Mary Peter's track in Belfast and reports back on a great evening. We also take a look at some swift times at the Irish milers meet at Irish Town.

➡️ Peter Somba (Dunboyne AC) takes a double win in the south as we look at some results from across the country and take a sneak peak at what's coming up.

➡️ Another strong week for Newcastle AC in the mountains north and south as they take the win and another course record at the Hill & Dale series, with an IMRA victory for the club at Howth

➡️ No MalMoan but we have a good old chat about what gets you and ourselves out the door.
