When you think of dreams what comes to mind for you?  How does the word make you feel - in your body?  In this episode I break down dreams as goals: short term, midrange and long term.  I also shared some of my actual dreams when I sleep and how those are more important than we sometimes may think.  These things took my a long time to understand but I'm happy to share with you guys.  Hope it helps!
