In the 3rd episode of the podcast we speak to Sunny. Sunny (being from India) had exposure to sports (mainly Cricket & Badminton) which have always kept him active. However in 2020 when all activities came to a halt Sunny was open to opportunities which is when running came along. With a slightly different approach Sunny realised in order to train his best and push through the challenges he has to give himself a target / a milestone to work towards - bring on entering the ballot for the London Marathon 2024 - which was just the beginning!
