Smurf and Smurfette are Age Group Triathletes, juggling their professional careers as an Educational Leader and a Doctor with Ironman Triathlon training. This week, we welcome ultra runner Ryan Crawford. Ryan is the 2020 Brisbane Valley Rail Trail 200 Mile Champion, the 2019 Blackall 100 Champion, and a former state and national Muay Thai Champion.
