Mark Drager is the founder of the brand strategy company, Phanta Media. He nearly went bankrupt in the early years of the company, but after year 5 it all came together. We talk about how that journey showed him how businesses need to be in a constant state of change to succeed, the importance of an energized and proactive leader, and probably most importantly, the need to be patient with ourselves as we figure it all out.
