Running Scared Media is proud to present our first episode of Running Buddies where we interview runners from around the world while they train on the trail. Running with us today is Ultra Marathoner Ria Xi who joins us from Porto, Portugal. Ria set an FKT for running across Italy, she ran Egypt's Sinai Desert, and is now training for a run across Western Europe and Eastern Russia. Ria talks about how running helped her learn self confidence, eating copious amounts of gelato and pasta and how running new places around the Earth gives her a greater sense of presence and understanding.
