Former Speaker of the House and gubernatorial candidate Greg Hughes talks about the challenges of resolving the homeless crisis in downtown Salt Lake City, the housing shortage and transitional housing. 

As a conservative candidate, Hughes says he can find common ground because people have more in common than their political differences suggest.
