I met James Wake in the middle of a trail race sharing his story to another runner. He was explaining how his 2 year old daughter has been diagnosed with Neuroblastoma and if she can go through the harsh effects of chemo, then a grueling hilly 21km trail run to raise awareness and funds for treatment should be no problem.
