Earlier this week, we reflected on the Comrades Marathon by speaking to runners and unpacking their motivation to take on the ultimate human race. This morning, we speak to somebody who has not only conquered the marathon but he has made history by collecting his 50th medal at the age of 74. We speak to him about his love for running, the causes he has supported over the years and the legacy he has built over years.
