We all run from something—conflict, responsibility, conviction—but Jonah ran from God. Faced with fear, anger, or pride, we can find ourselves headed in the opposite direction of where God is calling us. But even in our rebellion, God pursues us with mercy, not to punish, but to invite back to Him.
